Terms of service



IPDrive.co.uk is a division of Amotherby Computer Services.

Service

You will be provided with a file system of a certain size determined by plan chosen. You may cancel at any time for any reason with no penalties or future obligation. Existing payments will not be refunded to you.
You agree that the system will require downtime on occasions. You will be given 24 hours notice prior to scheduled maintenance. Less notice will be given for emergency maintenance.

IPDrive.co.uk provides the service on a best effort basis. No Guarantees are expressed or implied related to data retention, integrity, continuance, or availability. Your data may become unavailable, or be destroyed by any number of events, not limited to fire, floods, acts of terrorism, or other man made or natural disasters.


Privacy

IPDrive does not examine the contents of customer accounts. However network wide traffic levels and patterns may be observed.

No consumer or personal information about our customers of any kind will be divulged to any party for any reason.


Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to store data that violates US or UK law.
Customers agree not to participate in, or aid others in, accessing any computer system in a manner that it is not already being made accessible in, or accessing any customer data that is not their own.

Service is provided as a back up service, not a remote storage service.
Customers may make as many uploads to the server as is physically possible.
Downloads from the servers are not limited but use as remote storage or download space if forbidden.

IPDrive.co.uk reserves the right to revoke or alter this Terms of Service at any time. The company reserves the right to refuse service to any person or organization for any reason, and reserves the right to terminate the service of any existing client for any reason.
